REFUND POLICY

All products are handmade. A select number of our products are custom made to order, because of that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.all sales are final. We love hearing from our customers and we encourage you to reach out to us before your purchase if you have any questions about any product.

Courtesy of Courtney does not offer refunds or exchanges. In the event you receive damaged items, you MUST send us a an email including a clear picture of the item. Upon receipt a partial refund will be issued within 72 hours of notification.
